ChurchSalt Book Give-Away: “The Gospel’s Power & Message” by Paul Washer

October 25, 2012

Churchsalt original

UPDATE:  We have a winner!  Mindy in the comment #7  position won the drawing!!  I will be sending her an email to arrange shipment.  Thanks to all who took the time to enter.  Keep an eye on this site, as I hope to give away more books and prizes in the future!

Paul Washer has released his latest book, and from the looks of it, it is going to be a good one!  This book studies the full content of the Gospel message, its power, and the implications.  It was just released, and already they are hard to come by due to demand.  To get one for yourself, you can buy one at Grace & Truth Books – or – you can register to win one here for free!

This is our first book give-away, so this is new territory.  Here is how it will work: Enter a comment down below this post.  I will number the posts (the first comment will be #1, the second comment will be #2, and so on).  At the end of the contest, I will use a scientific method for drawing a number at random (I’ll have my 5-year-old draw a number from a bag) and that person will win the book.  The contest will start immediately, so go ahead and post something below (even a simple message like “Hi” will suffice).  This promises to be a great book, so don’t miss out!  I will also throw in a free copy of the ChurchSalt booklet “Resetting your Biblical Compass” as a bonus prize.

A few things to note:

1)   I will only ship this to an address in the continental U.S. and Canada.  To all others, you have my apologies.

2)   I don’t have my copy yet, as I only ordered it two days ago.  It might arrive this week, or it might be a little longer.  When the book arrives, that is when the contest will end and a winner will be announced .

3)   Please, one entry per person

4)   This would be a great time to subscribe to this blog, as I hope to start doing book give-aways from time to time.  Just go to the “ChurchSalt Subscription via Email” box in the upper-right hand corner of the blog and enter your email.

UPDATE:  The book has arrived and I will hold the drawing sometime early next week, so sign up now!!

The gospel message is just as important to believers as it is to the unsaved. I sometimes forget to remind myself daily that God instantly forgives the sins you have repented of and they are forever paid for by Christ’s sacrifice. I tend to try to “make it up to God:, by wallowing in my guilt. The gospel reminds me of who God relys on to make me clean.
    Thank you Jesus!!
